Want to connect with your true hunger and fullness and learn to experience food in a new way?
This event will introduce you to the principles of mindfulness and mindful eating, increase your awareness of what, where, how, why you eat, and start you off with some mindful eating practise that you can begin at home.
This is a practical workshop that will involve mindfulness meditation, exploring the 9 hungers and reasons why we eat, discovering the benefits of eating mindfully and how you can incorporate this in to your life.
