Participant expectations

  • Please endeavour to attend all 7 sessions so that you get the most out of the programme. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions for any reason, we can send you the information and practise so you don’t miss out.

 

  • Each week participants are given homework which will include both mindfulness and mindful eating practise of the exercises taught in the classes. You will get the most from the programme if you are able to make this commitment to home practise. The homework will help to embed the practises in to your life so that it can lead to long term change.
